Welcome to My Favorites, my monthly selection of kids apparel.
I know that everywhere else people are talking about the new Fall/Winter collections and the news of the next season. However, I refuse to think about wool hats, coats and jackets still having long hot days to come. Everything will come, don’t worry, but we better let it for the September post.
So, you better be ready to jump into the last summer selection of this 2016. I hope you like it and it will be useful to you, and if you want to make the most of your final sales purchases this is the best time!
1 – The first garment is a diaper cover or a shorties made by the Canadian brand VONBON. This diaper cover is made from a blend of super soft bamboo (68%), organic cotton (28%) and spandex (6%). I want to highlight the fact that it has a wide elastic band at the waistband, so it will take care of your little one’s waist without marking it due to the strength of its elasticity. In addition, VONBON is a brand that takes care of the inks that uses to stamp their garments, being non-toxic for baby’s skins.
2 –Beautiful body made by the Californian brand Little Urban Apparel, made from 100% cotton knitted fabric. Both the neckline and the armholes are wide enough to dress your kid easily, because the wide neckline lets you to pass your child’s head through it without having problems; and as it has big armholes, you can pass your kid’s arms through them effortlessly.
3 – This irresistible and funny T-shirt is made by the Dutch brand LUCKY NO.7. Thanks to its left shoulder opening you can pass easily your child’s head through the T-shirt neckline, and get the appearance of an adjusted neckline when closing the snaps. Besides, the illustration printed is super cute.
4 – Elastic pants printed with footprints made by the Dutch brand Little Indians. These pants with elastic waistband are really comfortable for your kids whether they are babies as if they’re older. As they are made from knitted fabric the pants stretch with their movements and let your kids move freely; and thanks to its elastic waistband you can change their diaper and dress them back easily, in case your little ones still use them. If your children have achieved the potty training, these pants let your kids to take them off and pull them up without being helped, so they will be able to go to the toilet by themselves (among many other things).
5 – Funny Tank top printed with colorful Jelly bean made by the English brand Indikidual. What I like the most of this Tank top is its length, longer than the usual. Thanks to it, the kids can move freely without showing their belly easily. Besides, because of its colors combination it gives a playful touch to your kids’ outfit.
And that’s it; it’s been the garment selection of my favorites of August.
I hope you liked it and that you could find some new ideas to keep in mind. You know I love hearing from you, so, if you have any question or if you want to share with me your latest discoveries, I’m all ears!
We’ll meet on the comments below.
All the best,
Laia
